Kicked out some tapir art for a portfolio review this past week, since I've been seriously lacking in tapirs as of late, and I thought you all might appreciate. :)

They're all Lowland tapirs, not to disappoint you Malayan or Baird's fans- I just can't get over their silhouette. I promise more subspecies in the future!

Hey is Sheryl's blog (of http://www.tapirback.com fame) syndicated anywhere that LJ can pick it up?

I'm a free user and can't request these, can someone else with a paid account do it?

Art has been slow this break since I've been notably under the weather, but I did have enough time to clean up a quick Christmas card before the Big Day:

Happy Christmas and winter season,

My company takes care of tapir in Moscow zoo.

Here are some photos from our visit there. We were allowed to feed them. Tapirs were very friendly and wanted us to caress them. We did.

Can someone with a paid account add the loltapir feed to LJ's feed list?

http://feeds.feedburner.com/loltapirs?format=xml

'Add feed' link at bottom of this page:

http://www.livejournal.com/syn/

(or is it already there and I just missed it somehow?)

One of the characters I use to represent myself is a tapir, and I finally got around to drawing up a character sheet for her- I thought everyone here might enjoy!
